Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the (CR) CarRoutine mobile application (“App”) provided by Rasyid Pamungkas (Indonesia). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
What the App provides
CarRoutine is a personal vehicle ledger. You can record mileage, maintenance intervals and history, an insurance renewal date, and categorized expenses. The App calculates next service thresholds from your last recorded event and configured intervals, compares them to today’s date and your current odometer, and totals expenses by category for a period you select. These results are decision aids based on your entries, not professional services.
What the App is not
CarRoutine does not:
- Diagnose mechanical faults or recommend repairs
- Validate insurance coverage or replace policy documents
- Automatically read odometer or import service history from third-party systems
- Provide financial, tax, or legal advice; expense totals reflect only amounts you record
Always follow qualified professionals and official documents for safety, repairs, and insurance.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of dates, odometer readings, intervals, costs, and categories you enter. Calculations and due labels change when you edit source data or when the device calendar advances. You must comply with applicable traffic and vehicle laws while using the App (for example, do not enter data while driving if it distracts you).
You must not misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it beyond what law allows, or use it in a way that infringes others’ rights.
Local data and availability
Your garage and costs records are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device and any backups you choose. We are not responsible for loss of local data caused by device failure, uninstallation, or backup gaps. Settings in the App let you delete vehicle records and clear local data when you want a fresh start.
Reminders and notifications
Due items are shown inside the App. Unless a future release explicitly documents otherwise, CarRoutine does not guarantee scheduled background alerts or push notifications.
Purchases and accounts
CarRoutine does not require a CarRoutine user account for the ledger features described here. The product specification for this release does not describe in-app subscriptions or unlockable modules inside the App. If you paid to download the App or buy optional items through Apple, those transactions are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and refund rules; we do not control Apple’s billing systems.
Intellectual property
The App, its design, and associated branding are owned by the provider or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you control, according to the App Store rules and these Terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that calculations will be error-free if inputs are incomplete or incorrect, or that the App will meet every scheduling need you have.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rasyid Pamungkas and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or reliance on due indicators or expense totals. Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising from these Terms or the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if the App was free, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update the App or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, stop using the App and delete it from your device.
General
If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
